Project Veritas released footage exposing controversial workplace conditions at ESPN, the World Wide Leader of Woke.

Trevor Adams is a studio operator at ESPN. He chose to speak up about some questionable practices occurring within the company. He sent an e-mail to the top executives & entire staff at ESPN. Adams got a lot of support from his fellow ESPN employees, but the executives not so much.

A black co-worker, Tarya Banks said she wanted to do the same thing Adams did, but she knew she would have been fired.

ESPN Attacks the Whistleblower

As I mentioned, the ESPN execs were NOT feeling this e-mail. Within 2 days, the cops were at Adams' house questioning him about his Instagram bio, which regarded ESPN. This leads me to believe ESPN tried to set him up with a baseless claim. Even the cops repeatedly said they don't understand why they were called.

The IG Bio in Question

Ever since I started with ESPN, I've just witnessed lots of discrimination, racism.

Trevor Adams

There's montages of ESPN employees talking about these issues & how they exist in the workplace. The employees had no idea they were being filmed, as ESPN whistleblower Trevor Adams filmed them during regular, every day conversations.

What's Happening at ESPN?!

The footage included an array of accusations from Alyssa Lang, a host & reporter for ESPN.

I know the comments that have been made to me at work and the conversations that have been had in front of me at work. Like... I mean just blatantly racist shit.

Alyssa Lang

She follows that by claiming that employees in the workplace have complained to her about having 3 white hosts. It's to the point where she thinks her coworkers believe she does not deserve to be there & want her to leave, just because she's white.

This isn't the first time we've heard something like this. In the summer of 2021, Rachel Nichols caught backlash about comments she made regarding ESPN's diversity issues.

“If you need to give her more things to do because you are feeling pressure about your crappy longtime record on diversity—which, by the way, I know personally from the female side of it—like, go for it... just find it somewhere else", said Nichols.

This was after she was replaced by Maria Taylor for coverage of the NBA Finals, which Nichols thinks was in part because of ESPN trying to rectify their diversity issues of the past.

Woke On Air... What About Off?

Accusations of racism & discrimination are made from both white & black employees in this footage. On the TV, ESPN is all about being woke. Why do they have black employees making racism & discrimination claims? What goes on at ESPN behind closed doors?

From the Project Veritas footage:

ESPN Source: "The BLM movement, the diversity, the racial and social justice platforms that ESPN has propped up, pushed forward, which - every right to do that, but yet when you come here to work everyday.."

Tarya Banks, ESPN Lead Audio Comms Specialist, cut him off to say "That's not how it is", in reference to what ESPN is like off air.

World Wide Leader in Discrimination & Racism

There's cold hard footage of ESPN employees from both sides of the racial spectrum accusing the company of racism and discrimination within the workplace. It seems as if ESPN has no idea which direction to go & what they're best at is discriminating based on race.

The footage also makes it obvious that you can't speak up or have educated discussions while working at ESPN.

This company has set it up where you can't say anything because immediately they turn it around and scream racism.

Doreen Murray, ESPN Graphics Specialist

You can't speak up with what you believe in. It's very tough.

Project Veritas has More on ESPN?

A Project Veritas representative stated that they have more dirt on ESPN. They allegedly have stunning information about ESPN's Diversity & Inclusion training for new hires. After watching the first #exposeESPN video from Project Veritas, I can only imagine what's coming next.

Is ESPN racist? Disney's HR did not want to answer!!

As I was getting ready to publish this article, a Project Veritas reporter just crashed an ESPN zoom call!

The Disney HR representative, on behalf of ESPN, was scheduled for a zoom call with Trevor Adams, the ESPN whistleblower. Instead, John Kim (Disney HR) was met by Project Veritas Press Secretary R.C. Maxwell.

I'd explain how Disney & ESPN's representative frantically avoided the questions about racism & discrimination in the workplace before hanging up the call, but I promise you it's so much better watching it happen.
