NFL Fantasy Plug n Plays For Week 6

waiver wire

Here are three players to pick up via the Waiver Wire for this week. Whether you need them for this week specifically, or want a guy with potential to stash for later, these 3 guys could be good options as they begin to catch some steam on their respective teams.

3. Alec Pierce, WR, Indianapolis Colts

Rostered in 8.6 % of ESPN Fantasy Leagues

Fresh off of another strong Fantasy performance, rookie receiver Alec Pierce will look to stay hot against the Jags.

Last week, Pierce mounted an impressive 16 fantasy points on eight catches for 81 yards in the low scoring TNF game against the Broncos. Matt Ryan has been known to spread the ball throughout his career even when he had “number one guys” like Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez, so Pierce’s success shouldn’t be that much of a surprise. But even guys like Matt Ryan have someone that they can rely on for big catches, and the 2nd round rookie could be trending towards that direction.

Michael Pittman Jr is still the best receiver on that team, and he will be for a good chunk of the year as long as he stays healthy. However, Pierce could be marching up in the pecking order for Ryan: Pierce caught three passes for 33 yards on the Colt’s final drive in regulation, and he is second on the team in receptions and targets with 15 and 21 respectively. Pierce has a lot of upside in this Colts offense, so pick him up if he is still available in your league.

2. Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona Cardinals

Rostered in 6.8% of ESPN Fantasy Leagues

Cardinals RB Eno Benjamin could be in for more opportunities this week against Seattle.

The third year back is fresh off a 14 point performance where he rushed for 25 yards and a touchdown on eight carries. Arizona’s starter, James Conner, is questionable for their week six matchup, so Eno Benjamin could get the nod as starter if Conner doesn’t play.

The Seahawks run defense is awful, and though Kyler Murray will have a lot of success throwing the ball, Arizona’s run game will play a huge part in this matchup. Even if Conner plays, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to at least stash Benjamin just in case. Despite Conner getting the bulk of carries five weeks into the season, Benjamin was still involved on the ground and through the air, making Benjamin an intriguing piece for your fantasy team now and down the road.

1. Rondale Moore, WR, Arizona Cardinals

Rostered in 19.7 % of ESPN Fantasy Leagues

After having missed the first three games of the season, Cardinals receiver, Rondale Moore, may have implemented himself as one of Kyler Murray’s top targets.

Last week, Moore caught seven of his eight targets for 68 yards en route to a strong 13.1 PPR performance. He has also gotten some opportunities in the ground game, but having accumulated -11 yards rushing on three carries fantasy owners probably just want him to stick to running routes and catching footballs.

With Deandre Hopkins set to miss one more week with a PED suspension, Moore and fellow wideout Hollywood Brown could be in for a great showing against an awful Seattle Defense. Rondale Moore is a must add in your league.

Stay tuned for next week!
