OnlyBANNED - Sexual Content Not Welcome?

OnlyBANNED - Sexual Content Not Welcome?

OnlyFans, the social media site that has become infamous for allowing anyone to create and profit off of pornographic content, is banning sexually explicit material in an attempt to clean up its image.

Starting October 1, 2021, OnlyFans will block creators from posting explicit content, but will continue to allow nude photos and videos - as long as they meet the company's policies.

The service exploded when Covid hit - reminiscent of the dotcom bubble of 1997, allowing sex workers to move online and sell subscriptions to explicit content. Back alley sexual perversion in the comfort of home.

Money Talks and Bullshit Walks

OnlyFans has made a complete paradigm shift due to pressure from its banking and payment processing partners who raised concerns about the site’s content.

OnlyFans has also attracted some celebrities and encouraged members of the public to supplement their income by selling explicit content on the site. With 130 million users, OnlyFans is now trying to pivot to a more wholesome business model and focus on music, food and fitness content. Beyoncé, while not on the app herself, has helped the app grow by way of name-dropping it in a song.

From NSFW to NFT?

In return, OnlyFans has said that they would be happy to have her and any other celebrity wanting to “foster a deeper connection to their fans." But it's been hard to attract higher-tier creators so far. It is only a matter of time that OnlyFans may be wanting to push ahead with efforts to get bigger names on the app by making it a place that is less about NSFW content, and more about where fans can get looks into the lives of their favorite celebrities.

This could open up a whole new market for the platform, new income sources for celebrities, and a source of premium celebrity content for fans, the adult content sharers would certainly get displaced by the changes to come.

Ultimately, if the site didn’t ban pornographic content it would risk its financial partners “pulling out” unlike PJ Washington (pun intended), meaning the site would no longer be able to take payment at all!

“In order to ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform, and to continue to host an inclusive community of creators and fans, we must evolve our content guidelines.”

OnlyFans doing the right thing...REALLY?

OnlyFans isn’t ditching porn and sex workers because it’s trying to get new investments. It’s ditching them because on October 1st of 2021 MasterCard is implementing new rules governing sites with adult content that use their payment processing systems.

These rules will basically require that OnlyFans (and every other site that accepts MasterCard payments) not only fully verify every user and every person who appears in every adult video, but review all posted content before publication, including real-time review of livestreams. The new records-keeping, review processes, verification and other requirements are going to be expensive and time-consuming.

OnlyFans seems to have decided it’s not worth it. More importantly, though, these rules will put incredible pressure on smaller sites and indie creators. So why the rule changes? Because last December the New York Times published an opinion piece by Nick Kristof called “The Children of Pornhub” that accused the site and its parent company of profiting off revenge porn, child porn, and sex trafficking.

The Deflation of the Hoe-flation!

In other words, the day of reckoning is upon us. The deflation of the hoe-flation! The cash cow of millions of sex workers and Instagram models has now gone the way of less legitimate options such as Backpage and Tumblr. However, This comes as no surprise to the business savvy. This was never a sustainable company model. Kevin Samuels on the fresh and fit podcast on April 14 2021 said as much and could see this coming from a mile away.

Many have taken to Twitter and other social media platforms to react. Some have compared OnlyFans not having porn is the equivalent of McDonalds not selling burgers and fries and only selling salad.

OnlyFans banning explicit content is like twitch banning Minecraft.

The SIMP-poid Crisis

OnlyFans will push ahead with efforts to get bigger names on the app by making it a place that is less about NSFW content. Many people around the world have ditched their nine to five jobs and made OnlyFans their full-time career, as troubling as that sounds.

Women not going to college or working but instead surviving off simps by using their bodies. Women love attention from men. What's better than getting tons of male validation and getting paid for it!

Yes the beta man is to blame for fanning the flames of this current societal problem, there are more lonely and isolated men than ever before along with women addicted to attention like heroin. Many of these young women fail to realize how terrible they will feel in the future once they have grown older and are forgotten by the simps for a younger generation of thots.

We are facing a crisis in the near future. Women wanting to transition to a traditional life with the comfort and security of a high value man and family - haunted by their youthful mistakes in living color with the possibility of their children having to face ridicule from their Whoredable decisions. This is a symptom of the establishment and feminists telling them they can have it all but that's a lie. The choices of our past dictate our future.
