On a recent visit to the Joe Rogan Podcast, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg astonishingly admitted to censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story after meeting with the FBI. Here's what happened...
The Masters of Censorship
I remember vividly when it happened. It was an astonishing turn of events. Three weeks out from the Presidential Election of 2020, the New York Post, one of America’s oldest and most respected news outlets, published a piece on the Hunter Biden Laptop Story. It alluded to numerous crimes, networks, and schemes of the current President, Joe Biden, and his son Hunter’s dealings in Ukraine.

The Laptop From Hell
Apparently, Hunter had dropped off the water-damaged laptop at a repair shop. He never returned to get it, and though the shop owner claims to have repeatedly tried to contact Mr. Biden, it was unsuccessful. So, the shop owner made a copy of the hard drive and contacted the FBI, who then came to gather the materials. He smartly made another copy and gave it to Ruly Guliani’s lawyer Roberto Costello.
Besides containing images and videos of Hunter’s crack-fueled escapades with prostitutes, the laptop contained emails implying deep corruption of their dealings with a Ukrainian energy company called Burisma. Hunter had been appointed to the board of the company at a rate of $50,000 per month, and in exchange, he helped them gain influence with his father, who was at the time, Vice-President.
Crimes of Corruption
Joe very publicly bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations that he had pressured Ukrainian public officials to fire a prosecutor who was looking into Burisma by withholding $1 billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine. In an interview onstage and on-camera, he states “I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,”… “Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

Now, anyone who had been really paying attention in the run-up to the 2020 election had heard rumblings and rumors of these backdoor deals with Hunter, Joe, and Ukraine. So when the Post put out this story, it wasn’t really a surprise. It was just more evidence of a serious, long-standing crime family, but with the added flavor of hookers and crack.
Information Blackout
The surprising part, and in my opinion, a very dark day for our country, was when the big tech companies basically did a full-on blackout of the story. The article was not allowed to be seen or shared at all on Twitter, and according to a recent interview with Mark Zuckerberg, it was heavily censored on Facebook. To take such vital, relevant, and important information, and keep it from the public in the midst of a hotly contested election is the absolute opposite of the democracy so many people claim to want to protect. To go further, 50 prominent people in the intelligence community signed off on a letter crediting the laptop story as “Russian disinformation”.

Your New President
The story essentially got buried by our new media systems, time moved on, the election came and went, and the rest is history. Joe Biden became the 46th President of the United States, and since taking office, has sent over $13.5 Billion as “aid” to Ukraine in their conflict with Russia.
Even though none of this has really gone away, the mainstream media will not report on Hunter Biden or his dealings in Ukraine, his crack use, or any other myriad of crimes he seems to love to video himself committing.

However, it all came back to the surface just a few days ago when Mark Zuckerberg appeared on the Joe Rogan podcast. After talking about the Metaverse for an hour, Joe asked him about censorship on the platform and particularly about their decisions with the Hunter Biden laptop story.
After admitting that Facebook did censor the story, he states why…
“The FBI basically came to us and said you should be on alert…We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election…we have it on notice there is about to be some kind of dump of something similar to that, so be vigilant.”
Zuckerberg went on to admit that they had an intendant agency fact-checking the story, and for 5-7 days which they were deciding it was false (it actually turns out to be true), “the distribution on Facebook was decreased, but you were still allowed to share it.”
This basically means you could post it, but nobody would see it. Unlike Twitter which outright banned the article, Facebook changed its algorithm to allow you to share but make sure it would not be seen. Which, in essence, is essentially the same thing: Full censorship.

Interview Aftermath
This stunning admission from Zuckerberg on the Rogan podcast opened up a whole new can of worms. The FBI responded the next day saying they do provide companies with “foreign threat indicators”, but that it “cannot ask, or direct, companies to take action on information received.”
As Joe Biden would say, “Come on, man.” When the FBI suggests something to you, we all know they’re not merely asking. Even Democrats inherently know this is going on, but they don’t seem to care since their team is the one on the winning end of these tactics.
This admission even riled up the former President, Donal Trump, to take to Truth Social and demand the past election null and void. He states, “Either a new Election should immediately take place or the past Election should be decertified and the Republican candidate declared the winner.”
The Democratic Republic or Big Tech Monarchy?
This obviously won’t happen. But he does have a point. This is clear collusion to affect an election, and it does raise some serious questions for our elections and our right to self-governance. Facebook, Twitter, Google, and other such companies have become so massive and influential that they can essentially sway public opinion in any direction they choose. If they are willing to combine their influence AND work with our government’s unaccountable federal agencies to do so, where does that leave us as a country? Can we ever have a real election again, or is big tech our new self-appointed king?
