I started taking APEX a couple of weeks before my first marathon. I add weight training in addition to my runs. Usually after a run in the morning, I go to the gym after work. I never felt fully recovered to lift weights after. Since I started using APEX, I noticed that my recovery after long runs is 1000x better, and I'm much more energized when lifting weights. I don't feel like I'm lifting and trying to prevent injuries at the same time. Highly recommend!

Definitely one of the best products I’ve had. Truly helps get through the day to day work especially if you’re on the computer all day. Best to utilize when you start your day, helps with organizing and puts you in a productive state when you’re flowing
