Flow™ 100% herbal blend makes it stand out as a safe and healthy source of brain-enhancing nutrients.
Like most people, I emerged from my mid-twenties and eased into my thirties to the notion that my body was not what it was. No longer was it a low-maintenance vehicle. It had passed the 36,000-mile warranty and its factory-installed machinery needed more TLC than I had previously given it.
My health journey really began when I turned 26 and started lifting and eating right. Since then, I have always kept aware of nutrition or supplement advice that would keep me seeing gains and improving my health and body.
If you're not improving, you're decaying.
So I have always been open to trying new supplements for the recommended 30 days. If I notice beneficial results, I keep it. If I don't notice anything, I get rid of it.
I am not someone prone to the "placebo effect". The vast majority of supplements I have tried I have also never purchased again. There are a host of superfoods, multi-vitamins, pre-workouts, post-workouts, and others, that I have given a fair look and then ditched and forgotten as useless.
(Of course, I always do my research first to make sure the ingredients are not trash before I put something into my body in the first place.)
I've tried many, and kept few. And now I'm going to tell you why Flow™ is a keeper.
An extremely effective
supplement for anyone
needing a mental boost
- 100% natural ingredients.
- Backed by science.
- No fillers. No Chemicals.
What is Flow™?
Flow™ promotes itself as a "100% Herbal Nootropic". A nootropic is a supplement that is designed to enhance or support cognitive function.
While not a new section of the dietary supplement market, nootropics have become more widely promoted than they have been in the past.
What sets Flow™ apart is its unique blend of herbs and botanicals to lend support to a variety of mental functions.
For example, the popular adaptogen Ashwagandha is included along with the brain-building support of Lion's Mane.
Altogether, there are 11 herbal ingredients and that's it! Popular supplement fillers like stearic acid, artificial colors, etc. are not included.
One serving of Flow™ is 1500mg in three easy-to-swallow capsules. Every bottle of Flow™ contains a month's supply. For me, I broke the capsules open and blended them into my daily shake.
They say in two weeks you will see beneficial results, though many reviewers claimed to see instant results.
Who is it for?
This product is for anyone who keeps late hours and needs their concentration to not "drift" as the day drags on. It's for anyone who wants to improve their concentration. Its primary claim is to help its customers achieve a higher level of unshakable focus so they can tend to their day-to-day tasks with greater awareness and less mental fatigue.
My experience with Flow™
Me, I was keeping very late hours. With three children, a full-time job, and several other money-making "gigs", I found myself slipping mentally quite often. I tried to solve this with caffeine and energy drinks (like most people) thinking that brain fog and mental exhaustion were simply tiredness or lack of energy.
I have a very set day-to-day, week-to-week routine - and have for many years. So giving up on the energy drinks and trying Flow™ instead was the only change in my fairly regimented life.
I tried Flow™ for thirty days (one bottle), then I went another thirty days without taking it, and I can now compare and contrast that time to offer a fairly accurate review of my results.
Firstly, I did not experience immediate results the way many others did. It took a little longer than two weeks for me to see noticeable results.
What I did notice right away, however, was that my body agreed with the supplement. What I mean is that I would blend it into my shake and my body would react favorably to the new ingredients - similar to the feedback your body gives when you feed it fresh, organic greens.
So I knew something beneficial was occurring, but it took some time to put my finger on the changes.
30 Days On
The first, most noticeable change was after 16 days I noticed when I went to work in the evening, I found myself hooking into tasks and getting through them with a new alacrity. Prior, I would easily get distracted, or feel like watching YouTube videos was more interesting than work. Before I knew it, I would lose hours and have very little work done. That was not happening anymore.
After about 20 days I decided to change my schedule. Instead of staying up very late, I would go to bed at a reasonable hour and wake up early. I had always dreaded making this change because, since my late twenties, I have had difficulty waking up in the morning. This symptom disappeared entirely. I easily made the switch from staying up until 3 or 4 am to going to bed at 11 pm and waking up at 6 am - without any "adjustment period". That was something unheard of for me.
Now with the better sleep I was getting, I felt more alert first thing in the morning, and I was able to get even more work done in these early hours. This opened up the later part of my day for important family time and other hobbies and activities. I was able to increase my jiu-jitsu training from 3 days a week to 5 days a week.
Something I have always been very undisciplined with is reading every day. Another beneficial change that came with Flow™ was an increased patience for reading, and I have been a steady reader (almost) every night since about two weeks in.
At one point in this journey, my family and many of my co-workers and acquaintances got ill with the seasonal flu. Despite all this exposure, I did not get sick. I can't exactly attribute this to Flow™ - but I'm pretty sure it was the Flow™.
30 Days Off
The great thing about discipline and routine is that once you get that impetus to start, continuing comes naturally.
I retain many of the great benefits and habits I developed while taking Flow™: training jiu-jitsu 5 days a week, getting up earlier, etc.
But I did notice about three weeks after stopping Flow™, some of the "verve" died off. I could still wake up at 6 am, for example, but it takes longer for the mental fog of the early morning to dissipate.
I still read almost every night, but it requires more effort to focus while doing so.
The most dramatic shift has been with work. After about 20 days off Flow™, I noticed myself slipping back into the habit of being easily distractible and unfocused.
The most asked question about any dietary supplement is "does it work?"
Unfortunately, Federal law prohibits any supplement company from answering that question.
The Federal Drug Administration (FDA) does not evaluate claims for supplements, but that doesn't mean supplements can make misleading claims.
In fact, any supplement has to inform the FDA of what claims they are making for their product. They need to provide an attestation that the claims are backed by scientific studies. They also need to attest their ingredients per serving are provided in enough quantity to match the research.
Flow™ has met these requirements.
Flow™ was kind enough to send me the research their product was based on. And I was fortunate enough to get access to their proprietary blend details to match them up with the research.
So what I can say is that this is a very high-quality product whose recipe was very well and carefully thought out.
My verdict? Give it a try for 30 days. You have a lot to gain and only money to lose.
Personally, I signed up for the monthly subscription based on my own results.
If you're like me, you'll save more money from not buying energy drinks, and make more money from being more attentive and productive at work - along with a host of beneficial life changes.
