Equipment Needed
Full gym access is required to complete this workout.
Warm-Up
Hop on a rower or elliptical for 10 minutes and break a light sweat.
Any cardio movement that includes arm activation will suffice.
Follow it up with some resistance band work emphasizing shoulder mobility.
- Band pull aparts 3x20
- Band Overhead Press 3x20
Exercise
- Barbell Overhead Press 5x5
- Barbell Power Shrug 3x15
- Face Pulls 3x20
- Lateral Raise x Partial Lateral Raise 3x12x8 (Super Set)
- Rear Delt Fly 3x20
Modifications
If your gym doesn’t have a rear delt fly machine, use dumbbells in a bent over row position.
