Elon Musk has agreed to buy Twitter at the original price for $44 billion, or roughly $54.20 per share. Musk said that buying Twitter is "an accelerant to creating X, the everything app".
Elon Musk says he’d bring back the Twitter account of President Donald Trump once his acquisition of the social media giant is complete.
Trump Twitter may soon make a glorious return if Elon Musk stands by his statement this weekend to The Financial Times: "Permanent bans fundamentally undermine trust in Twitter as a town square where everyone can voice their opinion… I think it was a morally bad decision."
Trump has said he would not return even if his account were reinstated, stating that he would remain on his own platform, Truth Social, but do you really believe he will be able to stay away?
Is he really going to deprive Twitter world of gems such as these?
